Why and on which legal basis: sending your berth requests to the harbours you choose (contract); service emails and safety (legitimate interest); offers from BerthNow, offers from partners and tailored suggestions only with your separate consent.
Who receives your data: only the harbours you send a request to; partners only if you gave that consent; our technical providers (hosting, email, telephony) as processors.
Promoter codes: if you arrived through a promoter’s QR code, we store that code with your profile. Promoters only see totals, never your name or contacts.
Automated calls: if a harbour does not reply, our automated assistant may call the harbour on your behalf; the call is recorded and transcribed.
